I'm now about to start the vital chapter: The day it all began. I have to say that I'm not as worried now as I was a week ago. I'm actually more worried about getting a new/decent agent.
I've have three agents so far in my writing career. And, I've managed to swallow their promises every time. Stupid old me. The problem with them is not what they promise but what they are asked to deliver. I am not mainstream, and as a writer of the more unusual novel, I have to put up with the waiting for success without an agent to help me. It'll only be then that a decent agent approaches and offers their services, because publishers take few risks.
I should probably just jump in front of someone's car or get into a fight with someone famous.
Maybe I will!
